This website (the "Site") is operated by gambocco, a digital artist publishing art and articles about blockchain technology, NFTs and Bitcoin Ordinals. For any privacy question, contact us at gam@duck.com.

The Site is a static website. We do not require accounts and we do not collect personal data directly through forms on this Site.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM-P6ZTJBGS) and associated analytics tags to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate location at city level, device and browser type). Analytics only runs after you accept cookies via our consent banner.

Third-party services: if you subscribe via Substack or support us on Ko-fi, your data is processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies. If you email us at gam@duck.com, we process your email address and message content solely to reply to you.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies — collected through the cookie banner and revocable at any time on the Cookie Policy page.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the technical delivery of the Site (server logs, security).
